Our canvas is made of 80% polyester and 20% cotton mixture, 320gsm. It has high elasticity and abrasion resistance in dry and wet condition, the size is stable, the shrinkage rate is small, it is easy to clean and quick drying. |

The wooden frame is made of fir which is environmental protection, no smell, solid material structure, high intensity and long service life. The default thickness of our frame is 3cm depth, but we have other thickness for your choice (2cm, 3.5cm, 4cm etc) |

We use Epson high definition printer for all prints, it is environmentally friendly and non-toxic, and it will never be fade. |

Canvas Border
There are three different canvas wrapping options for choice.
1. Mirror Wrap: The sides of the frame will be a mirror / copy of your image edge.
2. Gallery Wrap: The sides of the frame will be a continuation of your images.
3. Solid Color Wrap: The sides of the frame will be a solid color depending on your selection. The default color is white, if you need other color, please leave us order notes.
Notes:
1.Mirror wrap is the default wrapping option.
2.If you choose solid color wrap for your order, please leave us order notes about what color do you want.
3.If there is person's body close to the edge of your image, it is better not to choose gallery wrap and mirror wrap, as it will look strange or the person's body will be wrapped around canvas sides.
Thickness of Frame
We have 4 different thicknesses of frame for your selection. All canvases are acquiescently to be stretched over 3cm thick frame. If you need other options, please chat with us via online service or email us via support@customcanvasonline.com.au

FAQ
Q: My file is too large to upload to your site, is there any other ways I can send through the image?
A: Yes, you can send through your image via email or dropbox which allow you send very large file, then we will offer a preview and create an order manually in our system.
Q: I am unsure if my image can be printed at the size I want it?
A: If you have concerns about your image quality please email your images through to support@customcanvasonline.com.au along with the size which you would like to print, and then our designers will help to check them and get back to you with preview or advice shortly.
Q: Am I able to preview my canvas print before ordering?
A: Yes, if you have any requirements regarding your images you may leave us order notes when you submit your order, then we will do it accordingly or offer a preview via e-mail.
Q: What is the frame thickness?
A: The default thickness is 3cm, but we have other thicknesses (2cm, 3.5cm, 4cm) for your selection.
Q: What’s the privacy policy about the use of my image?
A:You can totally rest assured, you always maintain all copyright ownership of any image you sent to us. And we will never use your image in any manner rather than print them for you.
Q: Why your prices are so cheap?
