Decide how the sides will look
Choose Your Canvas Wrap
The wrap creates the printed sides of your stretched canvas. Check the front crop and side artwork together, especially when faces or text are close to the image edges.

| Mirror Wrap | The image edges are reflected onto the sides. | Useful when you want side artwork without taking extra original image area for the wrap. A front crop may still be needed to fit the chosen canvas proportions. |

| Stretch Wrap | The image edges are stretched out to fill the sides. | Side details may look elongated. Review the result around faces, lines and detailed patterns. |

A wrap choice does not remove every crop. Your photo still needs to fit the front shape of the selected size. Review the full preview before ordering, whichever wrap you choose.

Check Your Image Before You Order
Use the original file
Start with the original photo or artwork where possible. Screenshots and copies downloaded from social media may contain less detail. A larger print needs enough image detail for the intended result.
Keep key details safe
Check faces, text and other important features against the front crop and wrapped sides. If a subject is close to an edge, compare the wrap choices before confirming your design.
Ask about an enlargement
A small preview cannot confirm every fine detail at a large print size. Send us your image and proposed canvas size if you are unsure about sharpness or the crop.
Would you like a photo quality check? Email your original image and preferred canvas size to support@customcanvasonline.com.au. If the file will not upload or is too large for email, contact us for a suitable transfer method.
Canvas has a textured surface, which can affect very fine lettering and detail. Screen brightness, calibration and the lighting where you display your print can also affect how colours appear.

Delivery within Australia is AU$14.59 per order, with free delivery on orders over AU$99.
Allow for production and delivery
Many standard orders arrive in around 5–7 working days including delivery. Timing depends on the product, production queue and destination. Custom requirements and peak periods may take longer.
For a gift or event deadline, contact us before ordering with the canvas size, quantity, postcode and required date.

Check the canvas width and height against the wall before ordering. For hanging, choose fixings appropriate to the wall surface and the finished canvas.
Handle and dust gently
Handle your canvas by the frame edges and dust gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid pressing or scrubbing the printed surface.
