Black Floating Frame Canvas Prints from Your Favourite Photo
Turn your favourite photograph or artwork into a complete Black Floating Frame Canvas Print. Your image is printed onto canvas, professionally stretched and completed with a sleek black floating outer frame for a strong, contemporary presentation.
A narrow visible reveal separates the stretched canvas from the surrounding black frame, creating the distinctive floating effect while allowing the artwork itself to remain the main focus.
A Complete Black Framed Canvas Made from Your Photo
Unlike a frame-only product, this option includes everything required to turn your image into a finished black framed canvas – custom canvas printing, professional stretching and the decorative black floating outer frame.

Canvas Printing
Your selected image is reproduced onto canvas to create the centrepiece of the finished framed artwork.
Professionally Stretched
The printed canvas is stretched around an internal timber stretcher frame to provide structure and depth.
Black Floating Frame
The stretched artwork is completed with the black outer frame and characteristic floating reveal.
Black Floating Frame with a Wood-Look Finish
The decorative black outer floating frame included with this product is made from polymer material with a wood-look finish. The black finish provides a clean and consistent appearance while the frame profile creates a defined border around the stretched canvas.

Black floating frame canvas prints combine a custom printed stretched canvas with a separate decorative black outer frame. Instead of visually merging with the canvas edge, the frame surrounds the artwork while leaving a narrow visible reveal.
This creates the impression that the canvas is floating inside the black frame and gives the complete artwork greater definition, contrast and visual depth.
Canvas Remains the Main Focus
The front of the printed canvas remains clearly visible while the black outer frame defines the overall shape of the finished artwork.
Black Adds Strong Definition
A black frame creates a strong visual border and can add contrast around photographs, artwork and lighter-toned images.
The Floating Reveal Creates Visual Separation
A narrow visible space is intentionally left between the outside edge of the stretched canvas and the inside of the black outer frame.
This shadow line separates the canvas from the frame and creates the distinctive floating appearance associated with black framed canvas prints.
Why Choose a Black Frame for Your Canvas Print?
Black is a versatile framing colour that can create strong definition around an image while remaining easy to coordinate with many different interior styles.
Wedding & Portrait Photography
A black outer frame can provide a defined border around wedding photography, family portraits and professional portrait images.
Modern Photography
Black works naturally with monochrome images, architectural photography, travel images and contemporary artwork.
Light & Neutral Walls
Against white, cream, beige or other neutral walls, a black frame can create clear separation and stronger visual impact.

Use the Highest-Quality Original Image Available
