The size shown in a product name helps you browse the collection, but the most important measurement is the actual size of the stretched canvas you already own.

What You Need to Enter When Ordering

Each size-specific frame is made to fit the measurements supplied with your order. Please check all measurements carefully before submitting them.

Why Exact Canvas Measurements Matter

Floating frames are designed to sit around an existing stretched canvas with a controlled gap between the canvas and the outer frame. Even a small difference in the canvas width or height can affect the fit and appearance of the finished frame.

Do Not Rely Only on the Nominal Canvas Size

For example, a canvas may be described commercially as a particular inch size, while its actual finished dimensions may be slightly different. Two canvases sold under a similar nominal size are not necessarily identical once stretched.

For this reason, please physically measure your canvas and enter the exact dimensions in centimetres. We use the measurements supplied with your order when preparing the frame.
